Barcamp sessions & Music sessions       People attending      Buy Tickets

Geeknbury, in sunny Surrey, on 23 JulyBarcamp sessions Music sessions

 

The plan:

 

Happy Campers can arrive Wednesday 22nd July in the evening with your tent and camp in the field. There are loos and cold running water provided plus a BBQ (BYO and cook your own style!). Or you can arrive Thursday 23rd July by car or train. If you’re travelling by train we may be able to organise lifts from the station (nearest station is Witley, an hour from Waterloo).

 

Sessions will start 9.30/10am.

 

Lunch will be provided by BBQ chefs (jacket potatoes, tuna/chilli con carne filling and salads; apple pie & cream).

 

Afternoon sessions will run from 2pm.

 

In the evening we will have a spit roasted pig with salads and Hogs Back Brewery real ale and local cider. Music, films and entertainment will be provided around the camp fire under the stars.

 

For those who camp overnight, on Friday 24th we will have breakfast bacon butties and tea, coffee and disperse by 11 am.

 

Total cost £40 per head to include all food / drink / loos / tents / wifi.

We will have special T-shirts too – details arriving soon!

Should Mike Atherton manage to sort out films, a projector and a screen.. Do we have anywhere to put it? Is there a screen source-able on site to save the transport. Could we make one i.e stretch the correct kind of material over a frame?
